volunteers needed. Got CIP hours!!!!

Dear Class,

there is an activity coming up. Details as follows:
The Queenstown Constituency will conduct its Community Health
Screening on Sat 17 Nov (Queenstown CC) and Sat 24 Nov (Leng Kee
CC). They need lots of volunteers to help the residents in all
areas of duties eg: registration, ushering, filling forms,
queue/crowd control.

This is a very good platform for our students to 'give back' to
their community and practise good citizenship.

Our student volunteers can opt to help out on both days or choose 1 of the days. Exact timing will be known nearer to the date but it is for sure a half-day thingy (probably from 8am to 12pm).

PS: Inform me if you want to join by 14 Sept 2007.

Thank you
Miss Lee
